How I went from chronic procrastinator to self-disciplined

For as long as I can remember, I proudly told everyone that “I work so well under pressure” and wore my procrastination like a badge of honor. However, ever since running my own business and just growing up, having a busier schedule and more responsibilities – my procrastination had started to become one of my biggest hurdles. I never felt ahead, I always felt behind and I always felt like I was playing catch up.

It became overwhelming, and I finally decided to set my sights on understanding my procrastination and transmuting it into my own definition of self-discipline. This episode is for you if you’ve ever found yourself hitting snooze every morning, skipping your spiritual practice, or just never being able to stick to a habit that was important to you for more than a few months.
